This Privacy Policy describes how Fore Christ INC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Walking by the Word website and streaming platform (the "Service").

We are committed to transparency and respect for your privacy. Our Service is designed with a minimal data footprint.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

Walking by the Word is fundamentally different from most streaming platforms. We want to be clear about what we do not do:

• No user accounts — We do not require or offer account creation, login, or registration
• No payment data — We do not collect credit card numbers, billing addresses, or financial information
• No personal profiles — We do not build profiles based on your viewing habits
• No data selling — We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties
• No advertising profiling — Our current analytics implementation does not include advertising tags, a Google Ads Conversion Linker, or remarketing. Advertising consent states remain denied in our configuration.

3. Information We May Collect

Our Service may collect limited analytics and technical information through standard web technologies, only after you accept analytics through the consent choice presented on your first visit (see our Cookie Policy for details):

• Analytics data — We use Google Analytics (GA4), loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand general site traffic patterns. This may include page views, approximate geographic region, device type, browser, content language, and aggregated interaction data such as which programs or episodes are viewed, video player open/close interactions, watchlist additions and removals, and search usage metrics (without search text). We use this data solely to improve the Service.
• Language preference — We may store your language selection (English or Spanish) to provide a consistent experience.
• Consent preference — Your analytics consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage. See our Cookie Policy for details.

What Our Analytics Events Do NOT Include

Our custom analytics events are designed not to send personally identifiable information. Specifically, analytics event data does not include: search queries or text, contact form contents (name, email, phone, message, or organization), video titles, or free-text fields of any kind. The contact form on our site processes your submission for its intended purpose, but analytics events related to it record only the page language — no form contents.

Data Redaction

We configure Google Analytics data redaction to help redact recognized email addresses and the value of the q URL query parameter before analytics data is sent. This is a best-effort protection provided by Google and does not guarantee that all sensitive data patterns are detected in every case.

4. My List / Watchlist

The "My List" feature allows you to save episodes for later viewing. This feature stores your list using your browser's local storage (localStorage):

• Your watchlist contents are stored only on your device, in your browser
• Your watchlist does not sync across devices or browsers
• Clearing your browser data will remove your watchlist
• No server-side storage or cloud synchronization exists for your watchlist contents
• If you have accepted analytics, adding or removing items from your watchlist may generate limited analytics event metadata (such as content identifiers), but the full watchlist is never transmitted

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with the following third-party services:

• YouTube — Video content is delivered via YouTube embeds. When you watch a video (and, in Safari on Mac and on iPhone and iPad, as soon as a video page prepares its player, before you press "Watch Now"), YouTube may set its own cookies and collect data according to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics — Used for aggregate site traffic analysis, only after you accept analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Tag Manager — Used to manage the loading of Google Analytics. It is only activated after you accept analytics.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our Service does not require user accounts and is designed to minimize personal data collection. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us.

Since we collect minimal data and do not maintain user accounts, your primary controls are:

• Analytics consent — You can accept or reject analytics through the consent card shown on first visit, or change your preference at any time using the "Manage cookies" option in the footer of every page

• Local storage — You can clear your browser's local storage to remove watchlist data and consent preferences
• Analytics opt-out — You can additionally use browser extensions like Google Analytics Opt-out to prevent analytics collection
